our founder foresaw the need for outstanding customer service in the point-of-sale business. Because of this need, Commonwealth
Cash Register, known today as CCR Retail Systems, found its start in 1971.
As technology and demand pushed for moderinization and automation,
CCR stayed ahead of its competitors by providing its clients with the most up-to-date solutions available.
In 1980, a second office was opened in Roanoke, Virginia,
to ensure the same unparalleled customer service throughout Western Virginia. In 1992, the second generation of
this family-owned business joined CCR to continue the tradition of outstanding service and customer support.
