CCR Retail Systems has ALWAYS taken the issue of service very seriously.  If your system crashes you want to know that help will be dispatched to your location or on-line remote phone support provided as soon as humanly possible.  Nights. Weekends. Holidays.  Whenever.  Your warranty or maintenance may not provide coverage for all of these times, but our 24-hour answering service puts a live technician's voice within reach as soon as he can be paged and return your call.  At that time the seriousness of the situation can be assessed, options discussed, and a plan of action initiated.

Now, every problem that crops up isn't always a dire emergency thank goodness and, at CCR's discretion and with the approval of our customers, such calls may be run "when in the area". We even offer the option of  "do-it-yourself" depot maintenance for those who request it.  CCR has a maintenance plan to cover almost any situation that may arise.

Warranty and Maintenance Agreements
